Premium Inks

• CanvasPrint only uses the highest quality inks, with extreme UV resistance. Our canvases will hold their beautiful colors for up to 75 years!
• It is normal for a small variation color depth or hue, due to the natural colorations of the canvas. Because of this, slight variations in color temperature and hue should be expected, and are not considered a defect should they be present.
• All prints are stretched on to kiln-dried Canadian bass wood, ensuring lasting quality

• Art Network Canada is committed to instilling the highest level of confidence in our clients. Each purchase comes with our 30 days exchange guarantee to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your canvas print or other artwork and completely confident in your purchase.
• For all customers who have purchased through a promotional platform, such as Wagjag or Groupon, all products will be subject to the return or refund policies of the voucher company, NOT Art Network Canada.

PAYMENT and EXCHANGE POLICY - CUSTOMER PURCHASE PROTECTION

• Direct Mastercard or Visa payment through our Secure Site

• Art Network Canada will exchange any item which is damaged in transit, has visible damage upon opening, or is incorrectly selected. Given the highly subjective nature of decorative art, and the slight nature in which canvas can change the vibrancy of certain photos, only extreme variances from the represented product or a customerÕs source image will be considered for exchange or replacement. All exchanges or replacements are at the full discretion of the management.
• Refunds: all instances of incorrect billings, overcharges, shipping charge errors, will be promptly refunded within 7-10 business days of being made aware of the issue. All sale of artwork is final. Product purchased through the aide of a voucher/discount company (such as Groupon) falls under the strict domain of that companyÕs refund and exchange policies, and all inquiries regarding any possible refund will be directed towards that company.

Shipping & Handling

 
At Art Network Canada, each and every one of our works of art are created just for you. While we may produce higher numbers of our more popular items ahead of time, usually we produce your art when you order it. Typically shipping times are 3-5 weeks. Any in-stock orders are usually shipped from our warehouse facility in Toronto Canada within 1 week of receipt of your order and payment confirmation.
